About the Festival

The Ansan Street Arts Festival (ASAF) has been South Korea's representative street arts festival since 2005, transforming everyday streets and squares into stages filled with art every May. In the midst of a dry daily life filled with familiar landscapes and streets we walk every day, the Ansan Street Arts Festival has allowed us to discover momentary wonders and has delivered the inspiration of diverse arts. This year's festival plans to present an even richer program together with leading domestic and international street performance art groups. By expanding spaces for children and youth, strengthening accessibility for people with disabilities, and seeking the coexistence of humans and non-humans, it is creating a festival open to everyone.
