About the Festival

The Paju Book City Children's Book Festival is a vibrant 'book playground' prepared directly by publishers. Since the event first began in 2003, Paju Book City has advocated for being a 'city that resembles children' and has prepared various programs to foster children's joy in reading. This year's festival, held under the slogan 'Books, come out with a pop! Snacks, come out with a pop!', provides a special venue where children can fully enjoy the pleasure of reading with all five senses. This festival is expected to be a precious time for children to form deep emotional connections with books through various three-dimensional programs (lectures, performances, hands-on experiences) that involve reading with their eyes, touching with their hands, and tasting with their mouths.
