Geumsan World Ginseng Festival

*The festival content below is from the previous year (2025), and the content for the 2026 festival is currently being updated.*The Geumsan Ginseng Festival is held annually in Geumsan, Chungcheongnam-do, the home of Goryeo ginseng, boasting a history of over 1,500 years. Visitors can experience ginseng harvesting, visit health experience centers, and find the International Ginseng Trade Fair where ginseng processed products can be purchased at reasonable prices. Traditional ginseng culture experiences and future-oriented family participation content incorporating robot and artificial intelligence (AI) technology into ginseng are also prepared. The Geumsan Ginseng Festival has been selected as one of the nation's best festivals 10 times by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and designated as an honorary cultural tourism festival.
