Furthermore, the King Jeongjo's Royal Parade (Neunghaengcha), which is Korea's largest royal parade based on the "Wonhaeng Eulmyo Jeongni Uigwe" (Royal Procession Protocol of 1795) and a citizen-participation parade, allows participants to enjoy the event not merely as spectators but as active participants. The Suwon Hwaseong Cultural Festival, selected as a global festival, also provides content for foreigners, such as a Global Village.
