Imsil N Cheese Festival

*The festival content below is from the previous year (2025), and the 2026 festival content is currently being updated.*The Imsil N Cheese Festival commemorates Father Ji Jeong-hwan, who came to Imsil for missionary work in 1967 and, starting with two goats, created Korea's first cheese with the village youth after countless trials and tribulations. It is developing into a representative cultural tourism festival of Korea, enjoyed by Imsil residents and visitors alike every early October at Imsil Cheese Theme Park, aiming to revitalize the local economy and develop the cheese industry.
