Jeju Food & Wine Festival (JFWF), Jeju Island's representative gourmet festival, is a cultural event that promotes the value of Jeju's clean ingredients and gourmet culture both domestically and internationally through dishes using fresh local produce. A variety of programs will be offered, including the 'Gala Dinner,' a six-course formal pairing dinner prepared by top domestic and international star chefs; 'Gourmet Week,' an experience of fine dining through collaborations between chefs, celebrities, and brands at Jeju's leading restaurants; 'Gourmet Dinner,' featuring dishes centered on Jeju pork presented by star chefs and representative local eateries; 'Master Chef Class,' a hands-on session to learn recipes and cooking secrets directly from Gourmet Dinner chefs; 'Dessert Fair,' bringing together Jeju's top desserts and famous cafes; 'Gourmet Symposium,' exploring gourmet trends as a lifestyle through the five senses; 'Movie Foodie,' a special outdoor screening of food-themed movies set against the backdrop of Sanbangsan Mountain; and 'Wine & Traditional Liquor Tasting,' held at a traditional Jeju hotel with an ocean view that preserves the heritage of a 150-year-old fishing village. Jeju Food & Wine Festival 2026 will be held throughout the island, including Jeju Shinhwa World, The Seaes Hotel & Resort, Jeju Halla University, and 200 Gourmet Spoon restaurants. A portion of the proceeds will be donated as scholarships to support the development of future culinary talent.
