Busan Global Citizen Festival

Held every May to commemorate 'Together Day,' the 21st Busan Global Citizen Festival is Busan's representative global festival where you can enjoy world city cultures in one place. This year, marking the 150th anniversary of the opening of Busan Port, it will be held on Saturday, May 23, from 11:00 to 18:00 at North Port Waterfront Park. Embassies in Korea, foreign consulates in Busan, and foreign communities will participate to showcase K-culture and world city cultures through various exhibitions, experiences, and performances. In particular, the festival features specialized World City Dessert Zones and K-Culture Zones to reflect the diverse tastes and demands of domestic and international tourists, making it a festival for Busan citizens and everyone to enjoy together. Additionally, various programs such as the first Busan performance by the Dongmi Bicycle Music Band, a BeFM special broadcast (featuring Kim Jo-han), and a foreign K-POP contest will convey the charm of Busan.
