The 2026 24th Wonju Youth Festival "Flowers Bloom," with the subtitle "Dream-High," is a youth-centered festival where local youth in Wonju can fully express their talents and skills while planning and participating in various cultural activities. Through performance, exhibition, experience, and play programs, it provides a stage for youth to freely express their dreams and passions, operating as a proactive festival where youth participate and manage the event themselves rather than just being spectators.
