Seongbuk Culture Vacance

The 10th 2026 Seongbuk Culture Vacance is Seongbuk-gu's representative summer water festival, held from July 25 to August 9, 2026, at Seoul Sungdeok Elementary School and Uicheon Multi-purpose Plaza. Designed as an urban water festival where families can enjoy a cool summer in the city, it operates various water facilities for all ages, including exciting slides and a Mom & Baby pool. The venue also features cultural performances such as magic shows, K-pop dance, and Nanta, along with participatory programs like digital tattoos, water gun experiences, and bubble experiences, with rest areas provided for visitor convenience. Seongbuk-gu residents can enter for free after ID verification, while residents of other districts can enter for a fee of 2,000 KRW per person. Entry is open, but may be restricted if the site exceeds safety capacity, and pets are not allowed. Children in the 3rd grade of elementary school (age 9) or younger must be accompanied by an adult guardian, while those in the 4th grade (age 10) or older may enter individually.
