Geomundo & Baekdo Silver Sea Festival

The 24th Geomundo & Baekdo Silver Sea Experience Festival will be held on Geomundo Island, where visitors can immerse themselves in stunning scenery and exquisite delicacies. As one of Yeosu's representative experience events, it is a special festival where you can enjoy the beautiful, clean nature of the South Sea and diverse marine culture in one place. In Geomundo, which preserves its blessed natural landscape, there are plenty of experience programs for the whole family, such as cruise ship tours, traditional net fishing (jiinmang), and bare-handed fish catching. Additionally, various sights and entertainment are prepared, including demonstrations of the Geomundo Boat Song, performances by guest singers, and the Silver Sea Song Festival. This event, where you can taste fresh seafood and sea breeze mugwort from Geomundo while fully enjoying the emotion and joy provided by nature, will be held from July 31 to August 1 in the area of the Samhogyo Bridge wharf in Geomundo, Samsan-myeon.
