The Gyeongpo Summer Festival is a representative festival held every summer at Gyeongpo Beach in Gangneung. In 2026, it will take place for seven days from July 30 to August 5, offering a variety of things to see and do, including daily performances by artists of different genres, diverse beach programs, and events. During the day, there will be a giant claw machine game, various challenge games on the sandy beach, and a mini-game zone in the pine forest picnic area where visitors can play freely. On Friday and Saturday, a Beer Garden linked with the Beach Beer Festival will be available, and on Sunday and Monday, a Water Gun Battle program is prepared. Every night, as the hot sun sets and the night breeze blows, themed artist performances and EDM parties follow.
