Jangseong Hwangnyonggang Autumn Flower Festival

The 2026 Jangseong Hwangnyonggang Autumn Flower Festival is Jangseong-gun's representative autumn festival, celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. Visitors can see various autumn flowers such as cosmos and zinnias in gardens created along the 3.2km stretch of the Hwangnyonggang River. It is a festival where you can observe the changing seasons up close while walking through the gardens and admiring the flowers along the riverbank. In addition, the festival is designed for people of all ages, featuring experiential programs for visitors to participate in directly, as well as performance programs involving local artists and invited singers. Rest areas and convenience facilities are provided throughout the festival grounds, and local agricultural specialties and food are also showcased, allowing visitors to experience Jangseong's sights and entertainment in one place.
