2026 Seoul Hanok Week

The Seoul Metropolitan Government will host the 4th <2026 Seoul Hanok Week> for ten days from Oct 2 (Fri) to Oct 11 (Sun) in the Bukchon and Seochon areas. 'Seoul Hanok Week' is a complex cultural event that offers various ways to experience Seoul Hanoks through exhibitions, lectures/tours, hands-on experiences, performances, and events in collaboration with Hanok-related institutions, organizations, and residents. It takes place in the Bukchon and Seochon areas and Seoul Public Hanoks, and information can be found through the Seoul Hanok Portal and social media. This year, a new K-living exhibition in collaboration with brands will be introduced to showcase the daily life of Seoul Hanoks. The festival will also expand its scope by linking with 'Bukchon Day,' a representative local cultural festival, and collaborating with related organizations to operate various programs throughout the Hanok Village. Capturing the new image of Hanoks expanding from tourist spots to everyday spaces, '2026 Seoul Hanok Week' will present various programs such as exhibitions, performances, and docent tours under the theme of 'Seoul Hanok Daily Life' to experience the space and charm of Hanoks.
