The Icheon Ginseng Health Festival is a special festival where visitors can take care of their health along with ginseng amidst the autumn atmosphere, providing an affordable shopping opportunity for visitors to see and purchase high-quality Icheon ginseng with its deep and rich aroma. It offers participatory content in the form of health and play experiences using ginseng, such as ginseng evaluations, ginseng health kimchi experiences, and ginseng foot baths, where people of all ages can see, enjoy, and take care of their health. It is one of Icheon's representative festivals where invited singers' diverse stage performances and events like ginseng auctions with visitors add to the excitement, and visitors can taste healthy food made with fresh ginseng, such as fried ginseng and ginseng makgeolli.
