The venue will feature large-scale chrysanthemum landscapes, themed photo zones, and exhibition/experience spaces utilizing Goguryeo imagery. The festival includes hands-on programs for visitors, photo zones, local agricultural product promotion and sales areas, and food stalls. It is a regional tourism festival designed for families and diverse visitors to enjoy autumn chrysanthemum scenery while experiencing Yeoncheon's history, culture, and local agriculture. For paid visitors, the admission fee is refunded in the form of Yeoncheon Love Gift Certificates to link festival attendance with local consumption.
