Suncheon Food & Art Festival

The Suncheon Food & Art Festival is a representative festival of Suncheon City held every autumn, where food and art become one. Citizens, local small business owners, and artists participate together to turn the entire downtown area, including Jungang-ro, Culture Street, and Nammunteo Square, into a single festival venue. The food market sells unique snacks using local ingredients, while the art market sells drawings, calligraphy, various craft experiences, planterior items, woodwork, fabrics, and various handicrafts. During the festival, the Jungang-ro area is operated as a car-free street, filled with various street performances, exhibitions, and experience spaces, providing visitors with a variety of things to see, eat, and enjoy.
