The 4th TEN FESTA will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Open Plaza of Baebongsan Neighborhood Park. Hosted by the Dongdaemun-gu Office, the event targets approximately 500 local youth and residents. It is based on the concept of a 'participatory youth festival created and enjoyed by youth themselves' and the slogan 'SKIP the Obvious, PLAY the Hip.' Key stage events include stage recreation, two pre-performances, a national representative magic show, 11 youth club art presentations, and an invited performance by rapper Huh Sung-hyun, the runner-up of CJ ENM's Show Me the Money 11. Additionally, there will be three youth participation experience programs, basketball player signed ball giveaways, MC events, and 12 experience/promotion booths from related organizations such as the DDM Youth Azit. Facilities include an arched entrance gate, a community art message photo zone, shaded seating, and a picnic board game zone. Facilities, experience booths, and participation programs will operate continuously from 12:00 PM on the day of the event.
