'Take-it-easy Morning' is a weekend morning event where everyone can enjoy exercise at their own pace. It is a Seoul-style morning exercise program that allows participation in various ways according to one's physical strength, including walking, running, cycling, and even bringing strollers or pets. It is a time to meet Seoul's morning while enjoying exercise without the pressure of records or rankings. From October 18 to November 29, 2026, a total of six sessions will be held around Gwangjingyo Bridge, Jamsildaegyo Bridge, and Seogangdaegyo Bridge. With Seoul's bridges and Han River parks as the stage, you can walk and run along the scenery of the city and the Han River, feeling the new charm of familiar spaces. On-site, you can also enjoy GX programs with professional instructors and the 'Mobile Seoul Fitness Center' to check your fitness level. Whether alone or with family and friends, anyone from beginners to regular exercisers can participate without burden. Participation is handled through on-site registration on the day of the event without separate pre-registration.
