退款政策

旅游退款及取消详细规定

所有取消申请均根据韩国标准时间(KST)进行处理。如因自然灾害取消，在提交证明文件后可全额退款。

Additional Information

• Changes to reservations must be made by canceling and re-booking.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 3-7 business days depending on the card issuer.
• In case of cancellation due to provider circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued regardless of the timing.
